Some years ago, I heard something from a client while guiding a tour: “Pain is temporary. Victory is forever.”
From that moment on, I’ve implemented this into my everyday life. That, and my desire to innovate in tourism, led me to this project. I needed to share Ecuador with the rest of the world. I wanted to make every experience in this country something memorable and meaningful. That’s how Adventure Journeys was born.

My name is Henry Sisa, founder and CEO of Adventure Journeys. I was born and raised in northern Ecuador in La Esperanza, near Otavalo.
